Philadelphia Letter Carriers FCU Membership Interested in joining? Our membership is open to Letter carriers in the Philadelphia District and persons employed in the Robert C Nix Federal Building. Once you join, you can sign up your family as well. Membership is open to your parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters and children. You will be required to fill out our membership card and provide a copy of your ID along with $5.00 to open your account.
